How is the pricing algorithm different between Airbnb and Houst?
Airbnb’s algorithm is programmed for the guest's benefit rather than maximising a host's revenue. To remain competitive as a booking platform, their prices are swayed to increasing occupancy at a reduced cost to benefit the guest. If they don’t use Airbnb, the guests will be pushed to support alternative booking platforms. The algorithm makes 32% more revenue for our hosts than if they were to price the property themselves.
Is it easy to use the technology?
The technology is very easy to use - you will be fully trained on using each system, from our cleaning software, digital dashboard, and guest experience AI-powered app. Our tech team will be on standby to answer any queries or resolve any problems that may arise.
Am I able to plug in my trusted cleaners?
Easily plug in your cleaning team or cleaner. They have automatically pushed notifications when cleaning needs to be completed. If they decline the cleaning request, it automatically chooses the next best cleaner who can decline or accept.
Which booking platforms can I advertise my properties on?
Our partners will have access to the 13+ booking platform partners on which we currently advertise our host rental properties. If our partners request to list their properties on a specific localised booking platform, our tech team can assist and integrate them into your personal digital dashboard.
